The Wedding package includes:-
Main Hall - 15m x 8m seating approximately 120 at tables. ~ 30 tables 2m x 1m, (approx size)
9 tables 1m x 1m
125 banquet chairs, 25 banquet armchairs
Wooden sprung sports floor for dancing
Sound system ~ Stage
Minkley Room - 12m x 5m seats approximately 60 for dining or ideal for use as bar
Serving kitchen with 2 oven cooker, fridge, freezer,
commercial fast dishwasher and microwave
Modern male, female and disabled toilets
The premises do not have a licence for the sale of alcohol. Hirers may obtain a temporary licence
which must be shown to the hall management before occupation.
All music, entertainment etc. must end by 11.00pm.
A sound limiter is fitted in the hall and will operate to cut off music if noise levels exceed -
90 decibels. - Measured at the entrance door to the Main Hall.
All food, perishables, bottles and recyclable materials to be removed by caterer or hirer.
A £500 good conduct guarantee deposit is required and will only be returned if the hall is
clean and fit for re-hire by 12 midday the following day and all hire conditions have been
complied with.

An additional good conduct deposit of £500 is required
Preferential rates are available on application for residents of Hoveringham for bookings for their personal or family non-commercial use
and for Hoveringham village community events.
A good conduct deposit of £60 must be paid for any event where food or drink are to be consumed.
